Dear Patients,
We would like to reassure all our patients that our SmileOne dental practices will remain open throughout the latest lockdown. This has been underlined by the following statement from Jo Churchill MP (Dental Minister), who confirmed that dentists and dentistry will remain open during the four week lockdown. "all health and social care provision (defined as activity registered with the CQC, or other healthcare regulator (eg. General Optical Council, General Dental Council) will continue. This will include all aspects of primary care, including dentistry and opticians"
We have invested significantly to provide the safest environment for you and our staff and guidelines allow us to offer our full range of services.
Please Remember:
- Only come to the dental practice if you have an appointment.
- Please wear a mask to your appointment and follow the social distance markers we have in place.
- Please do not attend the practice if you are experiencing any covid-19 related symptoms. We will work with you to rearrange your appointment.
- Please try not to bring excess personal belongings to your appointment.
We are able to provide hygienist appointments. When booking your appointment, reception will ask you to prepay at the time of booking.
Check online at gov.uk and at NHS.uk for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information.
We thank you for your understanding and ongoing support, especially during these unprecedented times.
Please do contact us if you need any further information.
Stay safe and healthy
